Dealer/Franchise/Multiple Location Programs.
We are experts in developing large-circulation newsletters for companies who have dealers, franchisees, or multiple locations such as retail outlets, apartment complexes, hotels... even amusement parks. The Newsletter Company will work with your parent company to create a newsletter that each dealer or location can purchase to send to their local customers. We then work with each location individually to customize their portion of the newsletter with their logo, address, phone numbers and custom stories. This form of customized newsletter allows individual locations with a smaller customer base to send a professional, colorful newsletter to their customers at a very affordable rate. Customizing allows them to make special announcements and custom offers, and increase sales with personalized coupons!

In addition to all the other cost-saving services we offer, the Customized Newsletter Program management services include:

• Setting up all versions in our customized database
• Regular communication with key contacts at each location regarding their newsletters, to your specifications
• Total production of each customized version, including logos, photos and custom stories
• Any reports, analysis or tracking of participation, to your specifications
• Individual billing, including credit card payment option

Each dealer or location can order minimum quantities as low as 500 pieces per issue (with 1-year contract for 4 issues, depending on the program), plus they can increase quantities at any time!
